What to Expect When You Book Furniture Assembly
Booking a stranger to come and assemble your furniture can feel like an unknown. Here is exactly what happens, step by step, so there are no surprises.
1. Book online in about 3 minutes
Choose your service, add the items you need assembled, pick a date, and enter your address. We confirm your appointment slot within 2 hours — no phone calls needed unless you prefer to talk it through first.
2. We confirm the price on arrival, before starting
Prices shown online are starting rates. Your assembler confirms the exact total on arrival — after seeing the actual furniture, its size, and any access factors — before touching a single screw. No work starts without your agreement.
3. We bring everything — you provide nothing
All tools, equipment and fixings are provided. You just need the furniture to be on-site (delivered and in its boxes) before we arrive.
4. Assembly and testing
We assemble everything correctly and test stability before we leave — with extra care and testing for children's furniture like bunk beds and mid-sleepers. If you'd like the cardboard and packaging taken away too, that's available as an optional extra (+£50) — just add it when you book.
